Through conduit Valve
These valves are insolating valves implemented to close the system’s flow fully. Through conduit, valves are a type of gate valve. These valves are capable of passing fluid more efficiently than other types of valves used in secondary pipelines. The ports of the through conduit valves are equal in size with the diameter of the pipe, and the coefficient of resistance against the flow of the port is equal to the pipe. Thus this type of valve is suitable for use in long pipeline systems. In addition to that, pig running can be implemented in this type of valve, making it possible to clean the inside of the valve and use a different fluid in the system. The leakage of the through conduit valves is zero. Gostaresh Shirsazi Tehran Sufa Co. manufactures gate valves in classes 150, 300, 600, 900, and 1500 in sizes of 2″ to 48″, relying on its technical and engineering knowledge. At first, these valves are 3D designed, and then the mechanical analysis is performed to evaluate the valve’s performance in working temperature and pressure. This process aims to optimize the valve design according to customer requirements. At last, the prototype is produced using the 3D printer in order to achieve the maximum dimension precision. The through conduit valves produced in this company are according to API-6D, and ASME. In addition to that, at all production steps, comprehensive product inspections are done with high precision by certified quality control inspectors.
